If you are eligible, please complete the fee waiver form (last page of the document) and return to Bankruptcy Online Department by fax (716-712-2079) or postal service to our West Seneca address. - Upon completion of the online course, one of our NFCC Certified Counselors will be REQUIRED to contact you by telephone to review your material within one(1) business day. Our counselor will validate that you have completed all required worksheets and that you have spent the appropriate amount of time on the course material.
- Note: For Pre-File Counseling clients, please have the following items ready before beginning your session:
- List of household expenses
- Documentation of your monthly income
- Your most recent creditor statements
- Many consumers seeking this counseling have already consulted with an attorney prior to starting this process. If you have done so, please also have available:
- Your attorney’s name
- Your Attorney Firm Code (if your attorney gave you this information)
